Medicine, made clear.
MedHeads turns the evidence on health and lifestyle medicine into plain, practical English — in writing and on screen.
MedHeads is a health and lifestyle-medicine publication and YouTube channel. We read the studies, the guidelines, and the headlines, and we tell you what the evidence actually supports — and where the hype outruns the data.
We grew out of Meducate. Now, a medical education platform. MedHeads keeps the editorial mission and drops the coursework: clear, sourced writing for clinicians and curious humans alike, paired with the MedHeads YouTube channel.
What we cover
- Lifestyle medicine — movement, nutrition, sleep, and habit change
- Cardiometabolic and preventive health
- Addiction medicine and mental health
- New research, explained without the spin
How we work
Every article aims to cite its sources, separate correlation from causation, and stay honest about uncertainty. Health information here is educational and is not a substitute for personalised advice from your own clinician.
